Maintenance and Support

The Open Roads Software Maintenance and Support Group has a dedicated staff for providing 24 x 7 x 365 Help Desk. In many cases, we provide on-site system administration support to assist with the day-to-day maintenance and operator support including preventive maintenance, trouble-shooting networks, database and reporting support, operating system upgrades, communications, and hardware specification and procurement, as well as emergency on-call support.

Configuration Management

Open Roads has the expertise to assist you with executing a Configuration Management (CM) Process. One of the key components of CM is establishing a Change Control Board (CCB) to review and approve or reject all proposed changes to the system. We currently support our clients in setting up the formal processes and procedures used by the CCB to ensure that changes are made to the system in an orderly and cost-effective method.
