Open Roads’ VICADS™ has been selected by the Department of Air Force as an approved Video Management System
Following extensive government testing, Open Roads’ VICADS™ has been chosen and successfully deployed on seven new military installations around the world. VICADS™ is a highly versatile and integrated platform used to enhance critical asset protection and is specifically focused on meeting mission specific requirements and adhering to current Force Protection standards.

OpenTMS™ Enterprise featured in ITS VA Journal
In the March 2011 issue of the Intelligent Transportation Society of Virginia's Journal, OpenTMS Enterprise is featured as one of the ways VDOT is making smarter use of existing roadway capacity to combat Virginia's ever-increasing traffic congestion problems.
Open Roads is currently partnered with VDOT to deploy OpenTMS version 7 in four of the five regional operations centers. New modules in this version add Shoulder Lane Control, HOV Gate Control, Ramp Metering and Travel Time to its Active Traffic Management (ATM) Suite.
