initiative for their ITS Division to further extend software solutions

Virginia State Police CAD Data Gateway Goes Statewide
Open Roads' OpenTMS Data Gateway has been selected to provide VSP CAD data on
a statewide basis. The flexible publish/subscribe system will increase the
availability of transportation-related information across the entire state of Virginia.

Langley AFB Combined Dispatch Center
Langley Air Force Base has selected Open Roads to provide its new integrated Security
Command and Control system for the base centralized dispatch center. When completed,
the installation will function as the primary alarm monitoring location for Langley
AFB, covering over 170 separate alarmed areas. The new system will
provide a redundant alarm monitoring capability as well.

Contract Awarded for NetSafe at Kirtland AFB
The U.S. Air Force Inspection Agency at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico has awarded
Open Roads Integrated Security Systems Division (ISSD) a contract for
NetSafe™.

VICADS Receives USAF Approval
The Integrated Security Systems Division (ISSD) received official notification
that the VICADS (Video Image Control And Display System)
product has been granted an Interim Certificate to Operate (ICTO) on USAF communication
networks. The ICTO is the last step prior to being granted a full net worthiness
certificate. The ICTO is granted after an exhaustive process of reviewing the
equipment hardware and software design to ensure it will not compromise
the network in any manner.

NetSafe Installation Complete at McGuire AFB
Open Roads Integrated Security Systems Division (ISSD) announced another successful
installation of the NetSafe™ product. McGuire Air
Force Base in New Jersey is yet another customer to select NetSafe™ for the protection
of its classified communication system. The system was formally accepted by the Air
Force after a thirty day performance test period was completed resulting in one hundred
percent detection of intrusion attempts with no nuisance or false alarms recorded.
Expansion of NetSafe project at Scott AFB
The Integrated Security Systems Division (ISSD) announced continued expansion of
NetSafe™ at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois. The
new installations add another capability by protecting classified "Red Switch"
communications for senior staff commanders.

ADMS Virginia Build 3 Deployment
Open Roads successfully upgraded the
ADMS Virginia system at the VDOT / University

USAF Maintenance Contract Awarded

award of a yearly maintenance contract at Langley Air Force Base for continued

Open Roads was invited to demonstrate
NetSafe
for USAF world-wide communications security personnel,
and briefed Air Force personnel on Alarmed Protected Distribution Systems.
Open Roads was the only commercial company invited to this event,
underscoring the Air Force's confidence regarding the effectiveness of
the NetSafe Product.

NetSafe Gains Critical Approval from USAF
The NetSafe classified communication network IDS has been approved for
usage by the United States Air Force for protection of their classified communication
network. The approval was based on 100% detection of intrusion attempts
conducted during the test period.
