OpenCRS is an off-the-shelf data fusion and condition reporting system to support traffic operations and disseminate real-time traveler information.  Designed for statewide or regional applications, OpenCRS collects and fuses real-time road condition, weather and incident data with planned event schedules to help operators and stakeholders coordinate road and lane closures, better manage critical infrastructure, and disseminate alerts to the traveling public via 511 telephony, web, and social messaging systems.
