OpenHAR™ provides full functionality for Highway Advisory Radio (HAR). OpenHAR™ monitors and controls multiple brands of HAR transmitters. The brand of HAR transmitter is transparent to the operator. With a point-and-click, the user can open the associated HAR control panel to view current HAR message names, text, play time, and other message parameters. All messages are maintained within a message library.
