Total Integration

Based on the OpenTMS™ Enterprise system, this software provides total integration and a user-friendly interface to CCTV cameras, Variable Message Signs (VMS), Traffic Sensor Stations (TSS), and Highway Advisory Radio (HAR) transmitters and beacons. The system provides support for Work Zone Management, Incident Detection, Incident Management, and Resource Scheduling.

GIS-Based Control

The Graphical User Interface is map-based, utilizing a real-time Geographical Information System (GIS). Roadway devices are geographically represented on the map using icons. The status of all devices is revealed using text, different colors, sounds and shapes. For example, the operator can monitor the communication status of all devices via the map. The operator has immediate access to control the roadway devices by simply clicking on the corresponding device icon.
